All bags are custom created and inspected upon completion to ensure the highest quality, durability, and functionality of your handbag.  Although we guarantee our bags, we cannot be responsible for damage due to overuse, machine washing, or dry cleaning.  If you have questions about your bag, please call us within 7 days of your purchase.  Sorry, but we do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.  Please remember that each bag is hand sewn, so bags may have some distinct markings that may have slight imperfections.  This shows that our bags are made by hand, and not by mass production.

Care Instructions

Because of the large array of fabrics and textures being used, each bag is different.  We can, however, provide some helpful tips on keeping your bag looking new and clean longer.  Do not machine wash.  We recommend spraying your handbag with a protective sealant such as Scotchguard.  To clean stains, use a mild soap and cold water to blot the stain.  Do not rub.
